Report a concern about a mover

Bad actors hurt every honest mover and every customer. If a moving company on MoveSpace— or one you found through our directory — behaved dishonestly, held goods hostage, demanded undisclosed fees, or misrepresented who they are, tell us.

Every report is read by a person. We never auto-penalize a company from a report alone, and you may report anonymously. For an in-progress interstate dispute you can also file with the federal regulator at FMCSA's complaint database.
