Studios, apartments, houses, condos, offices. Hourly billing in half-hour increments, no padding, no surprise fees. The crew, the truck, the pads, and the dollies all show up together.
You pay for the time you use. We round to the nearest half-hour — never the full hour — so a 3-hour-15-minute job is billed as 3.5, not 4.
The crew shows up with everything needed for a normal local move. No nickel-and-diming for pads or shrink wrap on standard items.
Studio? 2 movers. 3-bedroom house? 3 or 4. Big house with stairs? We'll talk through it. Right-sizing the crew is what keeps the price honest.
Every local move includes the federally-required released-value coverage. Full-value protection is available if you want it — just ask before move day.
Couches, mattresses, dressers — everything gets shrink-wrapped and pad-wrapped before it leaves the house. Standard. No extra line item.
Most weeks we have an open slot in the next 48 hours. Tight moves, last-minute changes, sudden lease starts — call us, we'll figure it out.
We bill from when the truck arrives to when the truck leaves your new place. Travel time on a local move is included in the hourly rate — no separate "travel fee" charged after the fact.
A stated minimum applies (typically 3 or 4 hours depending on crew size). This is set per-company; ask at quote time and we will tell you exactly.
Stairs, long carries, and bulky/specialty items can add time but never a surprise line item — anything that changes the cost is discussed before we start.
Tips are appreciated but never expected and never added to the bill.
Tell us about the move — size of place, distance, anything specialty — and we will quote it in writing the same day. No phone tag, no high-pressure sales call.
