Your Rights

  • To receive a written estimate from the Company before your move
  • To choose between binding and non-binding estimates
  • To choose your valuation coverage option
  • To receive the "Your Rights and Responsibilities" booklet before your move
  • To be present at the weighing of your shipment
  • To file a claim for loss or damage within 9 months of delivery
  • To dispute charges through the arbitration process
  • To receive prompt claim settlement (within 120 days)

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about your shipment
  • Be available during pickup and delivery windows
  • Inspect your belongings at delivery and note any damage
  • Pay charges as agreed upon in your contract with the Company
  • File claims promptly if you discover loss or damage

Filing a Claim

To file a claim for loss or damage with the Company, submit a written description of the issue along with your booking number. Claims must be filed within 9 months of delivery for interstate moves.the Company will acknowledge your claim within 30 days and resolve it within 120 days.
